What is the hottest salsa you make?
That would be our Red Habanero salsa.
How do I store my tamales and how long will they last?
Our tamales can be stored in a bag in your fridge or freezer. They will last about 1 & 1/2
weeks in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer.
Do you make smaller sized tamales?
Yes we do. That would be our MINI TAMALES, and cost $1.25 . However you must
order these 2 days in advance.
Can you make special order tamales and salsas?
All our products can be custom made to please every ones taste. We can make our salsas
hotter or milder, and our tamales can include a different stuffing if you decide. (extra
charges may apply)
How many days do I need to give in advance for a large order?
With orders of 4 dzs or more, the more time in advance we have the better. For
anything less 1 day in advance is enough.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I reheat my tamales?
I recommend you reheat them in a microwave for about 1 or 2 mins, but be sure to
remove the foil, wrap them in a wet paper towel and then put them inside a plastic
bag to avoid dehydrating the tamal. If you have more than a dozen I recommend
steaming them for about 30 - 40 mins.
