Our tamales are very popular during the holidays which obviously is our busiest time of the year,
however everyday we gain popularity and more people are finding out that tamales are not just for
the holidays anymore and that thanks to our TAMALE DELIVERY SERVICE they can enjoy them
any time of the year.
We also offer our tasty MINI TAMALES !!!! Half the size, yet still big on
flavor just like the regular sized tamales. Perfect for smaller gatherings, kids
parties, or sampler platters.
PORK: Carefully hand shredded pork, with a red sauce made up of
california chiles mixed with other herbs and spices. (mild)
BEEF: Carefully hand shredded beef cooked in a mild red sauce
CHICKEN: Carefully hand shredded chicken made with a tomatillo, jalapeno
and cilantro sauce mixed with other herbs and spices.(kinda hot)
CHEESE: Monterey jack cheese along with freshly cut jalapeno strips. We can
substitute the jalapenos for bell peppers, habaneros, or just the plain
cheese.
